The family had recently commented that the piano was out of tune.

This meant that the already booked appointment with Gerard  would be worthwhile.

Do you make good use of it? Gerard asks.

Not that I can tell but the family doesn’t want to stop playing.

Gerard had  provided a very overdue tune up 6 months ago & then had said it needs to be tuned again  in 6 months.

So today Gerard says every 12 months from now is sufficient.

That makes sense to me if the family makes good use of it.

Just heard the piano play & even to me it sounds like in tune.

Gerard says he is very busy as families play the piano over Christmas.

And now to the next challenge.

Termites.

I have seen more than once comments  on flyers & termite advertisements on social media.

We are very overdue for  hopefully a clear report & the peace of mind for it.

Our previous man Jim has changed his phone & as he was a very keen surfer he is very possibly retired & on the beach.

That makes sense to me.

So let’s find someone else who can solve this problem because it is his trade or profession.

Always something to tune up.
