They were just excellent. I am delighted with their service They were efficient and prompt. I cannot believe it has only taken them 10 days or so to process my claim. I received more than I would have thought.

 

This was my first such claim and after all those years of paying premiums, it finally paid off.

Just an update on my conversation with ***this morning.

 

RE: Income protection

 

Because I will be having a heart operation my monthly benefit will be twice what I would have received otherwise!

 

RE Critical Cover

 

My open heart surgery is one of the critical illnesses ***  will pay out on. Within 5 - 10 days of receiving my medical report after the operation they will send me a cheque for the sum assured ,in this case $78,000.

 

Does this take away some of the stress and worry about my impending surgery? You bet it does !!

 

Thanks again for selling me those 2 policies 20 or so years ago. Now I don't begrudge a single cent I paid in premiums over the years.

 

Of course the Income protection has always been a tax deduction as well.

 

Feel free to give my number to any of your clients who are hesitating about buying one of these policies from you.

That  was in 2008.

 

We caught up again this week & very pleased that Charles* is still working & helping his clients & from our conversation almost a pastor to them.

 

Charles* still  works even though he has 4 grandchildren & qualifies for the age pension.
